What is a module?

The LUXEGATE module consists of a hot-dip galvanized steel chassis with a cement floor, and walls and roof made of structural insulated panels (sandwich panels).

The unique design of the chassis prevents the house from coming into direct contact with the ground, thus providing protection against moisture and seismic activity.

The modules are suitable for creating almost any spatial configuration and can be made to any size (within our maximum dimensions) to suit your site and design requirements.

What is the standard ceiling height and the maximum size of a module?

The standard ceiling height is 2.5 meters, which is equivalent to traditionally built homes. However, the maximum ceiling height is 2.75 meters. Increasing the ceiling height comes with additional cost.

The maximum size of a module is 13.5m x 4m. This size limitation is not due to our technology, but because it is the maximum size that can be transported by road.

Can I expand the house later with a bathroom or a bedroom?

Of course!

Our homes are modular in both concept and design, and our construction is extremely easy to expand in the future.

We often design projects for our clients that are built in different stages. This means that you can build what you can afford now, and expand your modular home later.
